Academic Hardiness, Learning Motivation, Student Learning Outcomes In Indonesia: The Mediation Effect

The research objective was to determine and analyze the mediating effect of learning motivation on academic hardiness student outcomes. This is motivated by existence problems in outcomes Indonesia which are still low, this indicated Grade Point Average. method used an explanatory survey with a questionnaire data collection technique. population study were 625 students Faculty Economics Business Education, Indonesian Education University. sample obtained as many 245 Slovin formula using random sampling that has been collected then analyzed multiple regression analysis variable. results showed partially mediates imply improve one must have good motivation.
